Welcome To The Open Aikido Association, London

September 26th, 2002

The OAA is a traditional aikido association. Founded in 1990, and UK representatives of Aikido Kobayashi Dojos, Japan from 2002 to 2014, we are now affiliated with the Yokohama International Aikido club, under the supervision of Mimuro Atsushi Shihan, 7th dan.
We follow the Aikikai syllabus and style – combining fun with good, hard practice.

Our yudansha gradings are held under the direction of Mimuro sensei.

We hold regular international seminars and welcome visiting aikidoka from all around the world and from many styles.
